现在收到货了， 打电话给我说收到的打印机是4040cn, 而不是4040cdn。 但是他又告
诉我外面的包装盒的确是写的是4040cdn。 但是里面打印机是4040cn， 是新的。 现在
买家要求退货， 换新的4040cdn。
但是这机子太重了，75lb, 我也不想收他退回来的打印机。 以后肯定卖不出去。
那4040cdn当时从店里进的， 全新， 从来没有打开过。 病人也承认包装盒写的是
4040cdn， 但是他现在一口咬定里面的打印机是4040cn, 要求退货， 对于这种情况，
我该如何办？
1。 接受退货？ 退款？
2。 能否不接受退货

maybe bother just use the HL-4040cn and add a duplexer to it, let it become
HL-4040cdn
so the machine in the HL-4040cdn Box may still showing HL-4040CN, but there
is duplexer add to it. |
