大家都盼着唐mm能继续添金牌, 因为赛前各种渠道都是很看好唐功红, 她参加的是
女子+75kg级的举重举重. 也就是说, 不管你体重多大, 都可以参加, 胜了就是力气最大
的当代 herculean woman.
比赛开始, 中间时候, 唐mm出场, 抓举122.5kg, 居然没起来. 3min过后, 她又出来了,
这次轻松搞定122.5kg. 随后, 各国女子力士纷纷举起好于唐的份量, 波兰和韩国mm
抓举最后成绩是130kg, 唐抓举最后一次试举, 125kg...没有成功.
这时候, 中国男篮4分钟就到半场的时候, 对意大利, 才得了19分. 举重唐mm和领先者差
了居然7.5kg. (不过后来大家都明白了, 唐mm玩的是挺举.) 一时间, 板上气氛黯然.
到了挺举, 迟迟才出场的唐第一把也失败了, 别的选手举起了165等看似不可能的份量.
因为抓举和唐mm成绩一样或相似的选手, 开把都是要的150多kg.....
我觉得金牌甚至奖牌很impossible了.

side 出冷气。
到 dealer 那里，说氟力昂不足，补加了。开回来一路制冷双边都很好。停车，下车后
听到 hood 里面吱吱响，象热气在冒，气泡在漏的那种声音。打开，听着发动机前下某处
响，但看
不到异象。过３０分钟再去看，声音没了。开车带孩子 3min 到小区公园，停车听到同
样响声。玩了一会，回来没声音了，开车回来，同样事情又发生了。
各位有类似经历吗？可能哪里出问题了呢？dealer 那里实在跑不起，今天一趟４小时

贴方子了：
先把爪子都剁掉, 然后清理一下头和肚子, 再拿刀把爪子拍碎这样好腌。
再把龙虾剁成几段，一定要提前磨好刀，这样会容易些。
然后撒盐和胡椒，加姜段和葱段，和淀粉把龙虾块儿腌好，大约20min.
开始烧油，油热了后把龙虾下入油锅清炸2-3min 左右，快点捞出，别炸老了。
在用一些葱和姜在炒锅里爆锅，爆炒后， 下入炸过的龙虾，然后就喷上酒，之后马上改锅盖。
开始锅里有很大的爆油的声音，等到这声音很小了，说明水分靠干了，这时候炒龙虾就好了。
我第一次写这个，我想起来的就这些，欢迎大家再补充。

1、面粉适量，酵母用温水湿润，然后加到面粉中，加入适量水，将面团揉至光滑，软
硬适度。不要用太热的水哈，要不然酵母就被烫啦。
2、面团上面拍少许水，盖上保鲜膜，放置在温暖湿润的地方，等到面团发至原来的两
倍大。
3、调馅。这个得根据个人爱好。正好家里有牛肉馅儿，所以就牛肉西芹的啦。牛肉碎
里加入适量油、鸡蛋、姜末、蒜末、葱花、糖、生抽，并且用筷子将上述若干向同一个
方向搅拌上劲，然后加入口菇碎、西芹碎搅拌均匀。
4、将发酵好的面团分成小份，每份擀成中间厚、边缘薄的面皮，包上适量的馅料，收
口成为包子状，盖上保鲜膜，放置在温暖湿润的地方。
5、平底锅里加入一大匙油烧热，将包子放入锅内，包子之间留有些许间隔，煎2-3min
，然后倒入漫过包子1/3处的清水。
6、盖上盖子，水开后，转大中火煎至水快干（听到吱-吱-吱的响声），然后转中小火
煎3-5分钟。
7、出锅啦。 |
