随着房价持续的上涨，建筑房地产行业也更加火爆，对人才的需求又有了新的变化，形
成了管理职位攀升至供不应求，低层职位一岗却多人抢的局面。从建筑英才网最近的一
项调查来看，建筑房地产人才确实形成了供需两级分化的现状，导致这种现状产生的因
素来自多方面。
投资增长速度趋缓 从业人员平均工资水平下降
由于受宏观调控政策影响，行业形势没有明显转向。截止到今年第三季度，建筑房
地产投资增长速度继续趋缓，相关人才需求量进一步降低。而与此同时，对中高级人才
的需求却越发显得紧迫，在这个平缓的才市中掀起一股新潮，显示了建筑房地产企业对
行业人才素质提高了期望和需求。
本次参与调查者所在的企业中，民营企业比例最大，为36.38%；国营企业所占比例为20
.08%；外资企业为15.31%；私人企业为10.93%；合资企业为 10.14%；政府机关为0.99%
；其他所占比例为6.16%。
值得关注的是，由于人才需求量降低，2007年建筑房地产行业从业人员的工资平均水平

发帖数: 34 | 4 Hi, I am going to enroll Kaplan Step 2 CS class. Kaplan Admission Office
recommended me to add the sixth day "Practice Exam" to the 5-day course. The
five-day course is $2799. Step 2 CS Practice Exam is $999. If the class is
enrolled before Dec 31, 2009, one-day Practice Exam class can get $300 off.
The total will be $3499.
I am kind of confused with the Step 2 CS Practice Exam. Is it necessary to
add the 6th day Practice Exam? Thanks very much in advance for your kind
suggestions. |

backtest for all SP500 underlyers using Moving Average Stategy for the last
