资料给出的数据都是指海拔的绝对上升，实际的行进中，一定会遇到up and down ,up
and down的情况，所以上升和下降的总量还可能远不止hiking资料中给出的数字。
比如给出数字是:1810m-2145m elevation gain 335m，但根据大比例尺等topo
map(contour map)可以看出，或许还有好几个hill需要over and down，实际爬升总量可
能会超过600m。在行动之前大致计算总的爬升高度尽量做到心中有数。
坡度路况饮水：
一般的dayhike行进距离约在20km左右,负重8kg左右，坡度路况可以从topo map上查看。
坡度陡峭的路段集中的trail，对体力和经验是有一定要求的。hiking时身体正在承受超
乎平常的新陈代谢，应该刻意地增加饮水量，清水是最好的选择，含糖的饮料不推荐在运
动中途饮用(因为身体需要付出额外的能量去吸收糖份)，越高温和越高难度的路程，排尿
会越少。大小解要离trail和水源尽可能远的地方就地方便，如果想要“出恭”，要挖坑
并事后掩埋掉-:)

再说配置，13"居然仍使用Core 2 Duo
15"居然只用GT 330M（大家都用335M)，而且还在用残废的256MB显存
我觉得值得赞的地方只有：
电池：电池改进了，但是7小时和10小时差别并不大
低配13"的内存：内存变4GB是一件好事
13"的显卡：显卡改进（16流变48流）可惜仍然是集成显卡 |
