it's tender inside because the inside is cooked by microwave. with no
microwave, the outside would be too chewy |

my conclusion is that ultrafine xtreme in 120 format is from Ilford. And it
is likely to be Delta 400 or HP5+. I narrowed it further to HP5+ as the
development time was only 30seconds different in D76 for stock and 1+1
dilution. |

方法如下
Just drag any mp3 into itunes
then click "get info" for the song in the library
then choose the start time and end time (total not to exceed 30seconds)
then choose create AAC version
then drag out the AAC version from the library to the desktop say
and change the "m4a" to "m4r"
then do what you just did to add it back to the ringtones library and
transfer to the iphone

非常同意你的3和4，主要是老板要在business的基础上找出所有的错误，有数据错，有
顺序错，有数据丢失错。
这其实很费劲。所以有的时候有的问题没考虑到，等你知道的时候，你的table就可能
不止scan一次了。而且我还不能改数据库，比如说加index，PK。而且今天告诉你
business是这样，过一个月说有变动。所以很难从头规划query，只能在现有的基础上
想办法改，速度不要太慢就好了。30seconds 我觉的ok了。有的时候不常用某个语法，
就会用老办法，所以有的时候就很慢。 酷毙大师说的"FOR XML PATH"帮我解决了loop
的问题，这语法用过，只是不常用，有的时候想不起来。 呵呵 |

如果不肯花时间，还是找个人带吧，或者问有经验的。
1. 你如果读了bioruptor的manual，发现0.1%SDS绝对起不了作用的（甚至他们有专门
卖0.1%SDS的special kit for sonication），因为0.1%太弱了。当然branson的那种
probe，0.1%够了。
2. 单纯考虑多少cycle有意义吗？293和hepg2的cycle完全不一样。不过你用0.1%可能
需要100cycle 都有可能。
3. 30seconds on？？？？你这能有好结果吗？多查查protocol，一般都是10ON+30-40
OFF
4.絮状物？你知道是什么吗？lipids！这个很常见。尤其是你的SDS不够。另外lysis
buffer/cell也不对。 |

偶有一位好朋友C住在纽约。是去年5月ACAP会议上认识的。她经验丰富，拿了好多IV。
恭喜她拿了 PREMATCH。她对我帮助太大了。我一拿到IV就给她打电话，她非常耐心的
