AC seems not old
water heater seems old and need replace in few years
otherwise ok condition

纪录，发现两年前claim过风灾换roof, 我好奇的是这个房主是不是真换过屋顶，按理
他换过应该在卖房时特别提一下， 这是加分的，因为房子已经14年的房龄了，新保险
公司把查到的纪录发给我，claim record 如下，大家帮我看看，会不会他claim过，把
保险的钱拿走了不换roof, 不然他卖房时会重点提这件事，邻居家卖房换过屋顶都是特
别提到的。

This is not the end of the world. There are many illnesses much worse than
this...But check with a trustworthy hospital to make sure it is rickets (not
something else).
At 2yrs the family can wait a bit & give the legs a chance to straighten
naturally. If this fails, there are splints and/or braces. The chest may
be monitored for a bit too, before rushing to bracing. |
