电面1轮（因为之前面过）：
1.基本数据结构及其操作的时间空间复杂度，不同数据结构对比，如array, linked
list, tree, queue, stack, hashtable, heap，etc.
2.实现queue用array还是linked list，优缺点对比。
3.给一个folder里面有上千个文件，要求返回包括电话号码的文件。（grep+regex)
4.linkedlist有无环 （fast/slow runner）
5.非负整数数组，除了一个值出现奇数次之外，其余都是偶数次，返回出现奇数次的数
（异或）
Onsite(4轮技术+1轮午饭+senior recruiter）
1.两个字符串，求出unique characters，即只出现在一个string中的char
（array[26]，用0-3标记）

SDE1 100-110K base, 30-40k sign on (2 yr), 50k stock.
SDE2 120-140K base, 50-60K sign on (2yr), 股票不清楚，300 share以上
绿卡嘛，SDE2 or leve 5+ and 6 months，需要老板同意，VP签字。全部办下来一年整
，当然是排期到了的情况。
学不学得到东西主要看个人态度，group环境和做的东西其次。内部一大堆email list
，wiki和video比在bbs上灌水有营养多了。天天盯着自己做的那点豆腐块是学不到多少
东西，也升不上去的。这在哪家公司哪个组都一样。
哪里都有烂人，也有牛人。尽量让自己往牛人靠拢才是正道。

我是phd+2yrs，没有专门的machine learning背景，只能说现在的工作内容有点相关，
所以一开始也没有特别关注他们家。linkedin上被recruiter找到了就面了一下。
hiring manager只给了一周考虑而且不让讲价，有点纠结该不该接了，还是接着面别的
，毕竟刷了几个月题了，觉得不大规模面一圈，这样还没怎么开始就结束了，有点坑爹
。。。
面试的过程比较简单，因为我不是machine learning科班出身，所以开始心里有点虚，
基本上每一轮开始前的自我介绍，我都会强调自己不是ML expert，降低对方期望。。
。考察的内容主要有两部分。算法的部分基本都是leetcode原题，medium或者以下，最
难的就是LRU cache。因为都刷过所以写的很快，每一轮最后都会多做一到两道题，可

湾区offer是硬件公司的软工，senior title：15.5万 base + 1万sign on+1万bonus+
relocation (1万现金＋搬家服务）
西雅图offer 是一个大公司，做软件的，不是senior title, 做data center
information structure , 13万base+ 2万sign on/ 2yr+10% bonus+3万股票／5yr+
relocation (具体不详)
现在的情况是湾区的硬件公司感觉还能再多给一点，具体数字还没有谈。
我本人虽然是软工，但是一直在硬件公司写嵌入式。从来没有在纯软件公司做过。
从工资水平，职业发展前景方面比较，去哪个公司比较好。 |

FLGUA，运气比较好拿到了FLGU。各家的包裹基本都差不多，G略多，最后从了G。对于
大家关心的U，最后给了140k的base和不到10k的RSU。也尽力抬了不过实在抬不上去。
很羡慕版上可以拿到15k的兄弟。
A：基本都是面经里出现过得题，感觉他家的题库比较小。coding只有两轮，但是如果
没跑出结果就肯定挂。另外他们家比较注重culture fit。最后有两轮扯淡的

2. 设计machine learning系统
3. Word ladder II
4. Alien dictionary
5&6. culture fit 扯淡
U: 非常看重design，对coding要求一般
