which will show good upward trend, so hr will not give u pressure. 61 to 62
is much easier than 62 to 63. If a 62 level new hire cannot get promoted in
2or 3 years to 63which needs very good results, you will be in bad situation. |

for a specific journal
然后你可以看到要查找的journal属于哪个或者哪几个category，分别点进去看journal
summary list，可以按照IF, total cites之类的排列，反正找到名次最高的就好
如果web of science给的结果不理想，还可以用SJR的数据库查，因为可以分国家，可
能会有意外惊喜

结缘台长
时光荏苒。台长在电台弘法已十年，我们随台长修佛已三年了。说起与台长结缘，还要
追朔到2003年。大概在这年年底，一位朋友回国定居，临走时送给了我们一台中文收音
机（悉尼地区专用）。当时我父母正来悉尼探亲，这台收音机正好伴随他们渡过寂寞。
空中电波每日都给他们带来亲切熟悉的乡音。
忽有一日，台长的玄艺节目吸引了他们。等我下班回到家中，我母亲向我提及了台长的
这档玄艺节目。说只要报出生日和生肖，台长即刻据此断定疾患，解析命运，点化吉凶
。我当时只觉得新奇。怎么电台还推此玄艺节目？服务入微，惠及听众。国外真是自由
文化啊。
