Fort Lee大一居寻租，available 11月初.1500/m，见附件照片。
很大的一居室，1000多呎。公寓的第三层，一共五层。Fort Lee main st边上，交通方
便。如果进城上班的话，既可以经George Washington Bridge然后换地铁，也可以直接
坐bus到Port Authority。坐上Bus后40多分钟到城里。坐地铁的话更快一点。
房子本身很不错，宽敞明亮，可以看到GWB。另一个好处是utility非常低，一个月3，
40块。冬天的时候集中供暖不需费用。Fiber ready。
我从去年年底住到现在，很满意，现在买了房子，需要搬出。
第二个：
另外我买的房子也寻租，在Fort Lee南边的Cliffside Park，做Bus比Fort Lee近10分
钟吧。交通也很方便。门口就是市政府，图书馆。
New Construction townhouse,2600多呎，三层，2full bath，2 half bath.一共3个卧
室，出租其中一个，我目前就一个人，住这么大有些浪费。

有前院, 还有独立backyard
1楼 两个卧室，一个fullbath
一个面超东边，对着前面院子
一个面朝西边，对着后院
basement， 有一个房子，可以作为卧室或者working office

基本没party， 因为我有证书考试， 所以基本每天都在学习。 没有任何不良习惯。

VA，在RESTON-HERNDON一线。。。MD，在20878，20874和20871。。。学区中等或偏上
。。。 400K，可以买到不错的TOWNHOUSE。
如果真要买好学区的，VA MCLEAN买2BED 2FULL BATH的CONDO，MD POTOMAC和NORTH
POTOMAC小一些的老TOWNHOUSE。。。 |
