Cohn崛起的背景是Bannon为首的一批alt-right分子的极端主义政策连遭重挫，外界盛

疮破最近的政策也逐渐向中间靠拢，比如改变对叙利亚和俄国立场，改变对华强硬政策
，解冻联邦政府招聘等等。
Cohn招聘了一批有政府工作经验的专家，提出了非常细致的包括税改，基础设施建设，
减少金融管制，重构国际贸易协定等方案。 比Bannon之流志大才疏的蠢货强出百倍。
正因如此，疮轮们非常惶恐，担心疮破因为最近的成果而被中间派招安，让美国更可笑
的大业无法完成。于是乎大批疮轮在网上为半脓奔走呼号，希望说服，或者威胁疮破赶
