标 题: 租房广告里的2br，是指二室一厅呢？还是不带厅的？

最近在看租房广告，有些广告里只写1BR或者2BR，没有写是否有LIVING ROOM。我想1BR
的情况下，应该有LIVING ROOM，否则就算STUDIO了。
那么2BR呢？是否该默认有一个LIVING ROOM？ |

申请的那个2br在坡上，不会太潮湿，采光也不错。我可以告诉你room #，去看看外面（我看过内设，还不错）。
Gas is included，the rent for that room is $ 622.5 if a single, $ 645 if a couple + electric shared by head, available from April 25th. Security deposit required. 1 year lease.
希望可以找到合适的roommate，female professional is preferred, couple is

涨了没有。
我在这里住了7年，去年夏天才搬走的。Landlord 是个物业管理公司，服务比较规范，
有问题基本上能及时搞定。冬天暖气供应很足。按规定如果装空调夏天每月电费加$30
，不过从来没人管。我们走的时候，把房子基本打扫干净，押金全额退还。
Devonshire Apt 有免费的 parking lot，外面马路上也免费（而且免permit）停车。
不过不能保证你有空位，要看运气。
Devonshire Apt 可以说是这里性价比最高的了。据说 LANDLORD 有 waitinglist，你
马上要去还不一定有。
