房子优点：
8分钟步行到Madison火车站，去纽约非常方便。
5分钟步行去美国超市Stop&Shop, wholefoods。
4分钟步行到YMCA健身中心。
就在downtown，去电影院，餐馆，图书馆都是相当方便。
不需要车。
另外还有公车线。
公寓很好，本apt是二楼（小区总共两层）。环境优美。
夏天有免费的游泳池，干净又空旷，一般也就一两户人在游泳。不会挤。
厨房都是很新的家具。
免费停车场。
非常好的学区。离公共图书馆6分钟步行。
门口就有公交车。

馆,步行5分钟就是一家Whole Food Market，周围还有许多walgreen,CVS, DR等诸多便
利超市，购物生活餐饮都十分方便，2分钟走到subway 4,5,6,N,Q,R,E,F,M线，交通十
分便利。窗口朝里不朝街，晚上安静。入口周围都是商店，即使深夜回家也非常安全。
小房间租金1200，大房间租金1350，公寓包水和暖气，电费+网费用一个月大约50-100
。公寓是2BD/1BT，厨房比较小，不过可以做简单的菜。

足。室友在曼哈顿中城工作。由于这套公寓最初是在09年房价低靡时入住，现在付的房

short walk to K town，但是又挺安静，各种餐馆bar啥啥都有，最最最最重要的是，
有八九百尺那么大（目测，但是真的很大，绝对不是那种a hole in a wall，每个房间
放个queen size还绰绰有余），曼哈顿这地方真不多见，rent是3600+，想找个室友看
看能一起租下来最好。这个是broker介绍的，所以会有中介费，不过签两年约的话就不
用fee了。本人中城上班族，基本每天加班，泪...自认蛮大方好相处的，不斤斤计较，
爱收拾屋子，每周都会里里外外打扫，希望也能找个好相处的室友。有意的请站内，我

好处是持J1免3年ss和联邦税，每个月到手大概3500。劣势是俩人都是渣口语无法见人。
基本开支如下：
公寓 2bd含垃圾水费单车库800块。去年冬天为了省每月40没有租车位，冬天除雪那个
冷啊。
车贷： 以前有点积蓄付了点首付，两条车贷每月还大概700，现在略有点后悔。既然买
了个二手full size足够一家五口出行，那第一辆上个小cooper就可以了，便宜6千多省一
半油领导还喜欢，唉没有后悔药吃呀。。
吃喝：中午基本带饭，晚上回家吃。蔬菜不考虑有机的，一般就去最便宜的，
生菜水果牛奶什么的costco便宜。猪肉去中国超市，牛肉鸡肉比较可疑去wholefood，
一般每个月要500块吧。
娱乐：中部大农村实在没什么可玩的，也就附近公园走走。每周末去川菜馆吃一次，一
个月大概200吧。不过吃了几次也就腻了。
穿：我的衣服基本在marshall或者outlet解决，领导嫌这边衣服难看，从国内带了不少
衣服过来，偶尔去下marshall或者kohl，每个月大概100
