来。
房间里家具齐全，包括双人床，书桌，椅子，抽屉柜，衣柜，书柜，风扇，床头柜。
水电全包租金5月$200,6、7月$300每月。原月租约$400

或者不打算近几年内结婚的，考虑commute当先。一般有商业区的，学区不好但commute
一般处中心地带，税低是王牌。你拿好区省得税就够一年的维修费了。
另外关于买方agent能保护买方权益，也是天方夜谭了。很多agent，不管listing还是
buyer agent，对房子了解也就是个home owner的水平。美国这里的房子结构非常的简
单，住两年house，是个工程学科毕业的都比这些半路出家的大妈强十倍。 |

NEWPORT住大号2BDRM的，2600左右。地铁到中城15分钟。3000的也有，是“premium”
的范畴，紧靠中央公园什么的。
另外，120街以下的曼哈顿，跟北京不能简单的类比，后者的面积大了15倍。你住天通
苑跟Greenwich Village/Tribecca能是一个概念吗？按官方数字，曼哈顿59平方公里。
整个纽约，五个区，778平方公里。北京市区共750平方公里。所以，你得比比staten
island的房租。
其实在长岛/westchester离城里上班距离30分钟车程的大房子，美国80-100万，相当于
北京郊区的两千万吧。
1w刀一个月，1/3是3333，Manhattan studio3000多的到处都是。而且北京的公寓还新
的多总体来说。 |

他们两三年前，在west hartford，挺好的2bdrm，才700块。
