I think overall for the family like us, 2 adults with 1 kid, 10 night trip
will cost around $5000.
More details (the number is not exact):
airfare $470x3
SJO airport tax $80x3 (//crying)
Hotel: $100-150/day, x8
Turtle bay lodge package: $800/2adult+1kid, for 3 day/2night package
Car Rental (cheapest CDW <$20, GPS $10/day), small car $30, 4WD SUV $50/day.
so we have $60/day x2 (small) + $80x5(big)
Gas: $80

hotwire比priceline好的一点是预定的时候能选人数，选2adults+1kid能保证两张床
