纽约中国餐馆的数量和意大利餐馆等量齐观, 经营型态包括专供外带的小店面, 和廉价
食堂 (eateries)－每个社区都有, 在唐人街尤其多; 也有正式, 高价位的餐厅－多半
位于市中心或上东区. 对于预算紧的游客来说, 中国菜可能是最经济的选择. 纽约很多
中国餐馆历经数十年的时间, 口味都已美国化. 比较好的中国餐馆, 水平和香港, 台湾
以外的任何高级中国馆子一样不相上下. 由于本地华裔人口众多, 口味也就比较挑剔.
一般来说, 比较道地的中国餐馆都集中在中国城和法拉盛; 上城的馆子则讲究时髦, 重
视服务效率, 口味也倾向西方化的新式中国料理. 1980年代, 四川, 湖南菜风靡纽约,

摘要部分:
德国联邦政府已于2014年12月29日商定了德国居留法的修正案，并提请联邦议会讨论批
准。此修正案对许多在德国的外籍人士，特别是在德国寻求难民庇护(Asylbewerber)或
者持有容忍居留(Duldung)的外国人有及其重大的影响。
外界许多人将这次居留法修正案解读为是类似于南欧国家的“大赦”。但是，通过
对这个修正案深入的研究，我们发现，这个修正案除了对长期在德国持有容忍居留的青
少年以及持有容忍居留，并且在经济上已经融入德国社会的这两类人有放宽部分规定以
外，其他的修改条文无一例外地对上述人群有非常负面的影响。这也是德国律师协会对
于这个修正案的评价。下面我尝试将修正案的主要内容介绍给大家，希望对持有容忍居

American Opportunity credit是一年2500。没仔细读，看到的数字是2000.
好，我家一个dependent,孩子不合适child-credit。 没有人头exemption后，新计划的
24000的std. deduction和现在三个人的Std. deduction+人头exemption相当（12700+
3X4050=24850）。算了一下，收入到110K,在减掉24000后，是86000的AGI。这都在新计
划的12%的税率之内。考虑到退休后的收入，margin tax rate也是12%，所以，除了拿
到公司的match-up必需的401K contribution,明年开始不存401K/403B了。但roth还是
值得。考虑到儿子明年上大学，用钱多，不存也好。年底有节余的话，可以考虑买Roth

人间佛教的困局——以新雨社和现代禅为中心的一个考察
本文口头发表于∶1999.10，「印顺导师思想之理论与实践学术研讨」会，台北∶弘誓
文教基金会。
提要
印顺导师所提倡的「人间佛教」，尽管在台湾佛教界逐渐成为主流思想，但却遭遇一些
困局。其中，来自新雨社和现代禅的批评，显然无法漠视。这两个台湾当代新兴佛教教
派，对人间佛教的批评，主要有两点∶一、「人间佛教」不曾提供一套具体的修行方法
。二、「人间佛教」所强调的「不急求解脱」的思想，被视为不关心究极的解脱。本文
试图透过这两个新兴教派的访谈和调查，来说明以上这两点批评的成因。
「人间佛教」这个理念，最早是由《海潮音》杂志社同仁、慈航法师、法舫法师等人所
倡导 [1] 。然而，真正具有重大影响力的，则是印顺法师(1906—)，在1951年，所开
始大力推广的人间佛教 [2] 。
印顺所推广的人间佛教，在中国大陆并没有引起什么注意；但却随著他的移居台湾(

是个随机变量（2a或者a／2），所以如果换的话，数学期望是1.25a.
而事实上，钱的总数是给定的，所以自己信封里面的钱本身是个随机变量，b 或者2b.
数学期望是1.5b。对方信封里的钱数也是相同的数学期望。所以不应该换。 |

又接到电站电话，快到了。
俺赶紧下了地铁，再次去法拉盛，
先到钱柜，
把订金预付了，

结果，也看快到了，
接到电站电话，
他们已经到钱柜了，
只好再折回头，
进了钱柜，
居然一眼也就认出了电站。
服务员说，房间还需要整理。
等了5分钟，进去，
一边开唱，一边点饮料。
因为大家都午饭过了。
电站的k歌水平实在是太高了，
K了会，接到stillstill电话，
到缅街了，
于是下去接她，
去趴了车，回钱柜。
她居然没有午饭。
又不愿意点潮坊的菜，
只好叫了点小吃。
本来说晚上还有一局的。
于是大家同k,
俺居然也k了 几首。
虽然都需要别人带，俺才能撑完。
K到了7点，
电站的水平实在是高。
Stillstill不停地建议他回国去快乐男声。
到时间了，被哄了出去。
让服务员照了相，
俺那个相机开始不给面子了，没电了。
居然一张都没有留下。
还好，电站的手机照了两张。
回头跟他要。
于是，出来找饭店，
stillstill提议有个湘菜馆子不错。

在25A上的stop&shop旁边有个中餐外卖的。
另外，要是带mm,那就去huntington吃吧。
或者去吃日本buffet,milado.

海钓真经(入门卷)

长岛号称“The fishing capital of the world”，如果在这里呆了好几年，却只知道
抓螃
蟹不知海钓为何物，将来想起来可能会有点遗憾哦。屁屁我在国内也是钓淡水鱼，海钓
是来
这里才开始学的，想起当初“自学成柴”的艰难，于是愿意将一点心得拿出来跟大家分
享，
帮助有兴趣的同学尽快上贼船。
做贼也得守法。所以首先介绍一下相关法律方面的情况。海钓不需要license，但是各
个州
都有它的regulation，哪种鱼什么时候可以钓，一天每个人可以keep 几条，什么样的
尺寸
是keeper，什么样的钓到了必须放回大海，都是有规定的。Regulation 每年都会由DEC
根
据上一年每种鱼的渔获量进行调整。在一些钓点经常会有警察检查，被查到非法行为，
轻则
罚款（象一条不合尺寸的striped bass，可以罚$1000），重则有牢狱之灾，所以请各
