First Marathon Race, Jogging around the lake,Art of Institute Museum,
Country Music Festival, Free pasta loading at youth hustel, FB after the
race, and most important, meet with new friends and have fun.
10-10-10,真是一个十全十美的日子。
Race前
星期五从新泽西到芝加哥，入住青年旅馆。第一次住，当时觉得一是便宜（30左右一晚
），二是离马拉松起点很近，旅馆就在East Congress Rd，出去5分钟就是起点。8人间
的宿舍，进门是洗脸和冲凉的地方，里面房间两侧各放2张高低床，中间每个人有一个
放置个人衣物的柜子（锁需自备）。床铺很干净，更好的是星期六晚上有free pasta，
而且星期天也允许晚点check out,可以跑完冲个凉再走，很推荐以后的runners。

发帖数: 578 | 6 一直拖着没写，现在补上，2:52:02，比四月份首马pr了11分多，但没能跑到250还是有
点小遗憾，自己训练的感觉是249-250之间，但比赛毕竟跟训练不同，很多不确定的因
素，首马是半程之后头次遭遇itbs，这次是赛前失眠，睡了一个小时不到，开跑没几迈
之后两条腿的hamstring开始疼，总之，两次都没跑爽。。。
下面是官方的splits，我比赛时候不戴心率计，pace也不怎么看，基本凭感觉跑，刚开
始是跟着人流跑，速度完全没起来，接着两边hamstring开始发紧，慢慢疼起来，之前
训练跟比赛都没遇到过，不知道是没休息好还是之前的warm up不够，快到半程的时候
看下时间，知道250没戏了，但还是把速度提了提，想尽量赶回来点，hamstring也是越
来越疼，之后的每个水站都会拿水，喝个一口，其他的都浇到大腿后面，希望可以缓解
下疼痛。。。20mile之后又把速度降了点，想着能顺利完赛就行，最痛苦的是第25mile
，疼得每跨出一步都感觉是要抽了，这一迈的pace也掉到了接近7:00，最后1.2mile看
着还有sub252的希望，咬牙冲了下，结果还是差了2秒

我观察到凡是跳舞的人都是穷鬼，这应该与他们爱跳舞有关。
跳舞本来是原始社会迷信的时候娱神仪式，祈求神仙赐予各种资源，主要是用来吃饱。
例如游猎民族的舞蹈就是模仿各种动物，农耕民族的舞蹈就是模仿农业生产动作。非洲
由于资源资源好，可以随便找到果实就吃，黑人的舞蹈看起来就是模仿猴子。
进化快的先进民族由于不比向神献媚也可以丰衣足食了，所以取消了跳舞这种方式来求
神，一般是直接给神送上贿赂，看事情大小，所以有时是宰一条猪，有时是杀一只鸡。
先进民族不跳舞提高了做事效率，比如今天早上5:23AM，我和一个黑人流浪汉同时发现
前面约50米处的大铁皮箱子有不少瓶子，黑人戴着耳塞，习惯性的跳着hip-hop，本来
前进了几步，但随后却后退几步，所以我轻易的把他甩在了后面，8个五分瓶抢先到手。
在中国，东北人就最爱跳秧歌，所以东北相对其他地方就是落后文化。
比如有个白人问我，说他在中国东北的时候，每晚看到很多人披红戴绿在举行一种宗教
仪式是什么宗教，看起来好邪恶的样子。
我很奇怪，法轮功你不是在法拉盛看到过吗。后来我才知道他原来是指每天晚上东北人

有一次闹大了，我离家出走，他写了封不打游戏的保证书给我。
我一般晚上11点睡觉，早上9点起床。
猪头睡觉时间不明确，下午1点左右才起床。
我一直以为他用脑多嗜睡。
昨晚八点多我发现他打游戏，他说打一会，还给我写保证说12点前一定睡觉。
直到昨晚半夜我着急上厕所醒了，发现他还没睡，看到我醒了才赶紧关电脑。
问他洗澡了吗？说洗过了。（他已经四天没洗澡了，我晚上催了好几次。）
然后我去上厕所，觉得有点怀疑，然后看了下兜头发的小网帽。
一根头发也没有（我洗完澡就立刻清理小网帽，但是他都是留给我第二天清理）。
很明显，他没洗澡。而且，撒谎不眨眼睛。
回去发现他已经打呼噜了，我看了下闹钟，4：23AM。
终于明白为什么他总睡到下午起，敢情都是趁我睡觉打游戏呢。
暗自生气，但是大半夜也不想说什么，辗转反侧睡着了。
像往常一样，我9点起床，洗衣服，做饭，刷锅碗，打扫卫生。
然后把结婚这一年半仔细的回想了下。
到了下午一点多他醒了，我已经写好了离婚协议书。
协议书里我自愿净身出户，并且日后不要任何赡养费。只求离婚。
