的房子一般是 bank owned. 不过也有少数例外。 你注册一个账户， 仔细看看网页上
附带的文件一般可以弄清楚。
opening bid price 一般没有什么参考价值。 一般故意标得很低来吸引尽可能多的买
家bid, 最后成交价格一般会远高于 opening bid price. 有以下几点值得注意：
1. 真正重要的价格是卖家设定的reserve price. 如果最高报价低于这个价格， 卖家
可以不接受。
2. auction.com 允许他自己出来竞价， 拉高价格。 这个值得注意。 好的对策是对参

bank owned houses 一般是用密码锁. 并且银行有可能曾经使用本地经纪 list 过.
这种情况可以找以前的listing agent 要到 access code.
拍卖前最好请个靠谱的 contractor 给估一下房子维修费用。 这样 sold as is 的房
子， 一般会需要维修。
