院再次开审。滕秀金被控一级谋杀和侮辱尸体罪，检控官滕秀金案发前为丈夫购买了
200万元保险，受益人是她自己，同时尸检结果显示死者体内有过量安眠药。
案子发生在2012229日，多伦多警方接到居民的报警后赶往士嘉堡Ridgecrest Drive的
一栋独立屋。警方在这栋独立屋的地下室里发现一具男尸。因为他的死亡原因很可疑，
警方逮捕了当时36岁的滕秀金，随后控告她侮辱尸体罪（Indignity to a Dead Body）
。她涉嫌把一具男尸裹在黄色毛毯里，死者的两只脚露外面。
警方掌握了更多证据后，在同年35日对滕秀金的控罪升为一级谋杀。警方宣布死者是40
岁的黄栋（Dong Huang，音译），他是滕秀金的丈夫，也是他们年幼女儿的父亲。

我随便找了一下，发现chantilly south riding那边降了5％－10％吧，20147 ashburn
那里有升有降（好奇还有升的）。20148 ashburn那里降了也有5％。
我觉得比较奇怪的是chantilly沿50路那个叫ridings at blue spring的区，全部降了
10％左右，可那里都是sfh，小学也不错，为啥会贬值的这么厉害啊？？？ |
