直接杯具，在citi的网站提交了申请Citi Forward® for College Students，收
到他们发来的信，说让复印SSN卡寄给他们。不知道这样申请到该卡的可能性有多大，
因为我已不是学生了呀。已经在BOA开了checking account和saving account，现在快
经不住BOA的忽悠去办他们的secured card了，只是1年要交39元年费，太贵了。拜托各
