从09年6月开始减肥断断续续的开始跑步，到12年4月终于跑完Boston Marathon,
用时3年不到，还是感觉很不错的.
这回虽然收获PW一枚，但是似乎没啥hard feeling,相比去年中跑的San Diego
Rock&Roll, 这回算是跑得非常舒服的一次了. 回顾一下我跑过的四个全马：
2010/10 Toronto Marathon 首马，当时因为要去Toronto办事，无意中挑了一个
course,天气都不错的比赛. 虽然第一次全马，中间也岔气，抽筋，非常痛苦，但最后
达到了自己预想的目标，还是很高兴的. 这次也拼得非常狠，以至于恢复用了很长的时
间.
2011/06 San Diego Rock&Roll 二马，这个比赛可能算最痛苦的一个了，准备这个
比赛用了30周，train得也非常狠，一周2次hard run+周末long run, 20+迈long
跑了20来个，最后天气比较热，小腿抽得一踏糊涂，中间就觉得完不成比赛，最后奇迹般
的坚持下来，居然还PR了, 但比预期差得太远，跑完很是沮丧了一阵子.

果输给了来自佐治亚州的Joe Fejes. 比赛很激烈，我一直在跟，最后Joe赢了5个迈，
打破了美国记录。今天YK在FB上发了比赛报告，指责场地，组委会，找出各种客观理由
，甚至诋毁Joe没有体育道德。FB上很多ultrarunner指责他的做法。我非常失望，对他
的崇敬几乎降到零。我在几个local比赛碰到过Joe,非常nice的一个人。8月底两个人会
比另外一个6 DAY 比赛，在阿拉斯加，室内跑道。拭目以待。以下是报告全文。不少拼

昨夜Mellow嚎了 一夜，因为没让她出来睡，关起来给她加一餐干粮，逼她吃，又怕大
米偷吃。
6点头痛欲裂的爬起来。今天要送Meebo去见vet，必须早去打招呼。
然后刷牙洗脸，洗脸中间还去安慰了一下Mellow，加了袋罐头，不吃，我一走就跟上来
，我在，蹭蹭摸摸才吃两口。没办法，赔了十分钟，快来不及了，狠心又关禁闭一会。
之间清理Mellow厕所。
放来福上厕所，阻止他骚扰Meebo。
看了下Meebo，还好。
回来给大米开罐头，Mellow继续嚎，放出来。
叫来福回来，他眼馋大米的罐头，给他Bully Stick一根安慰一下
Mellow看两大的开吃了，喵喵的蹭过来，没办法，把她的饭盆端我饭桌上，在我跟前，
吃了两口。然后开始扒拉扒拉试图盖上藏起来。
回去继续洗脸梳头。
烤面包热豆奶，我的早饭。大米照例来检查一下，发现不是牛奶，不满意的走了。今天
给她的是W家的鸡肉罐头，吃得很干净，和我的杯子啥一起洗了。
给来福加水，逼他喝水，再赶出去上个小厕所，当然仍然需要阻止他骚扰Meebo。

一旁摆着一个牌子，写着：“龙番市铁路公安处在此办案，请绕道行驶。”
我下了车，紧了紧领口，环顾四周，都是白雪皑皑。虽然雪下得并不大，但是铁路

我们顺着台阶走到了铁道旁，见几个民警正在一具被白雪覆盖了大部分的尸体旁边
拍照。
“你们来啦。”师兄看到我，很是高兴，脱下手套来和我们握手。
我点点头，说：“怎么回事？”
师兄指着身边一个穿着制服的男人，说：“这是老八发现的。清早，他例行检查他
管辖的路段，发现这里躺着一个人，身上盖了雪，于是他走过去推了推，发现人是硬的
，显然早已死去。所以，就报了警。”
老八是一个黑瘦男人，穿着深蓝色的制服，制服上写着“龙番铁路六段”。
显然，他是负责本路段巡查的铁道维修工人。
我上下打量了这个男人，因为长期从事体力工作，他身材瘦削，但显得精气神儿十
足。即便是在这个大雪纷飞的季节，他也就在羊毛衫外面套个工作服而已。老八的腰间
系着一个工具袋，工具整齐地插在袋子上的每一个明格里。他走起路来，这个袋子随着
