因为膝盖有伤，可能游泳为主。希望能把游泳圈减掉。

看了一些帖子，汗颜啊！大家都这么能锻炼。偶要加油！
目标：养成锻炼的习惯；把腹部赘肉减掉；体重回到110磅以内。坚持就是胜利！
话说，偶以前在一般人眼里还是属于瘦子型，身高160体重一直在95斤上下。现在要别
人说也不胖，但是自己心里有数，照片都是白白胖胖的了，胳膊和腿都一圈肥肉，肚子
上更甚，一捏一圈，汗。在健身房秤上已经显示118lb了。减肥刻不容缓了。
报名后，每天至少做点什么，然后坚决9点后不吃夜草，然后看大家的帖子激励激励自
己。
今天早上磅上显示113.6lb，激动啊，好久没有低于115lb了。估计减的是水而已，不过
，继续坚持就是了。

A&M和Mizzou进去了。SEC has a good product, it just needs expand its market
to sell it.
BIG XII 选择了先把自己的比赛变的精彩了，再想办法把它卖出去，所以选了 TCU 和
WVU。否则从地理位置上和人口密度上，Louvsville 和 Cincci 更合理。好处是后两个
不会有更好的地方去，什么时候BIGXII想要，他们都会愿意加入。
ACC 也选择了先把自己的比赛变的精彩了，但它选择的是把篮球比赛变的更精彩，而不
是football. Pitt 和 Cuse 加入就是证明，这也是 FSU, Clemson 这种足球学校所不
瞒的。

上周末，刚和刘希凡大牛爬了LONGS PEAK。 早上４：０８ＡＭ才开始，他ＮＢ第三次
成功登顶，我等二人，只差５００ＦＴ(150M)ＨＯＵＭＥＳＴＲＥＴＣＨ 而望顶兴叹
。。。
只因天气聚变，我等只好忍痛下山，但各个还是淋了个十足的落汤鸡＋冰棍！ |
