【文/观察者网 堵开源】7月23日，伊朗伊斯兰共和国通讯社发表消息，伊朗国防部长
、参谋长联席会议主席共同出席了伊朗“思想-90”（Fakour-90）导弹批量生产开工典
礼。这种导弹是伊朗以1974年向美国引进的“不死鸟”空空导弹为基础的仿改型产品。
据称其性能比原版AIM-54A“不死鸟”导弹有所提高。这种导弹将可以配备到伊朗的F-
14A战斗机上。
据报道，伊朗国防部长阿米尔·哈塔米准将在仪式上说，“这种导弹是伊朗航空工业的
专家和科学家突破封锁，立足本国技术能力的成果，我们在这里宣布，‘Fakour-90’
导弹生产线的完整性和生产水平已经通过验收，正式进入生产。这种导弹已在去年进行
了成功的试射。”

House正在就经济刺激法案投票，Senate将于今晚投票。不出意外的话，法案会顺利通过，总统签字后正式生效。
接下来劳工部和移民局将发布具体的法规，说明这个限制H1B的法案具体怎么实施。我们应该在这个过程中争取让他们在法规中明确说明H1B延期不受影响，刚刚进入公司正在OPT阶段的员工申请H1B应不受影响，将受影响的公司范围尽量缩小，等等。

，要等好久。 我们约了10：15am在那里碰头(据说10点半开门)，我和roomie10：14am就
到了。结果一看门上的牌子，11点才开门。哼哼，心里把那个朋友小骂一通。早上还挺凉
的呢。还好隔壁的咖啡店已经开了。进去点了Latte 等朋友。过了一会，两个朋友也到了
。小聊了一下，一个朋友说我们得出去排队，一看，已经有一些人在那里等着了。我们赶
紧排上，这时人三三两两地来了，前后不过几分钟，队就蛮长了。11点准时开门。我们就
开吃了。细节按下不表，免得有些人受刺激。呵呵。4个女生一起吃了16碟东西。嘻嘻，
好爽啊。
然后我们去一个Rock Creek Regional Park消食。公园有个要木头湖(Lake Needwood)。
呵呵。trail先是沿湖， 然后顺着一条小溪一直往南。我们走了很久才回头。一共走了不
止6mile，我觉得。呵呵。后来有点吃不消了。我们边聊边走，交待最新动向，交流gossi
p。hohoho, fun~

自认并非hiker或climber,更象一个旁观者, 但是因为机缘巧合，靠高手带着到某些山
头到此一游，看到不同寻常的景色，成为对从不运动的闺蜜们BSO的资本。一年以来，
爬山的次数很容易就数得出来，也因为次数太有限，每一次都记忆犹新，历历在目。
1。Mt Baldy--04/05/2008 4.14am
第一次爬山是在Baldy，本来跟的是Kerwin的队伍，结果在半山碰到了一身专业装备的
PIFU，便误入了自虐登山队。当时的BALDY是座有雪的山，从绿房子再往上的两迈全都
是雪，大部分人便从这里折返了。虽然LD对我的体力很是捏一把汗，一切全由他包办，
连水都不敢让我背一瓶，可第一次在雪里走路的我非常好奇和兴奋，一路上还有撞撞的
陪伴和鼓励，就没打算半途而废。我们当时什么都 |

发帖数: 17 | 49 我也参加了周日的芝马，这是我第一次跑马拉松。之前只在去年九月初跑过一次半马，
2:10.
今年跑下来感觉很顺利，在37K左右略微有点抽筋，一会儿就好了。跑完发现右脚掌起
泡了。
大家看配速还算比较均匀吧？

跑过16英里的时候已经知道PR和BQ已经是必然的了！然后哪？ 真的很希望后面的兄弟
能拍一下我肩膀，然后他绝尘而去BQ上一个年龄组。我最后倚赖年龄的优势BQ了三分多
一点，splits很难看, 前半马1:39, 后半马1:48， 整个一个meltdown。事实也确实如
此，跑过16mile以后，基本只能维持8:10~8:30的pace，虽然很幸运地没抽筋，但绝对
是强弩之末，心有余而力不足，根本快不起来。赛后有很多人生感悟，其中LD讲了最重
要的一条：跑步和跑马是为了乐趣，什么PR啊，BQ啊，只是顺理成章的事，不要本末倒
置，跑爽了最重要！另一位牛小妹在微信上说的也很好：“快乐的跑步最完美，别的什
么都是浮云”！
