141k，seller只给降了1k，感觉我们没什么议价空间，很被动。
另外我们找的listing agent做的dual agent，她说隔壁刚卖出去，149k。
两间房子floorplan是一样的，隔壁装修稍好一点，basement有permit，另外厨房是复
合板，而我们看中的这家厨房floor和美国apartment厨房常用的floor差不多，好象是
linoleum，这间房子的优点是朝向，在东南角，另外是dead end，对孩子比较安全。
大家能提供点建议吗？第一次买房实在没有经验，多谢了！ |

agent说不可能再去申permit了，她说她卖了几百套房子，碰到很多这种情况，一点问
题都没有。。。实在不行的话她打电话去有关部门，请人来approve一下。
我准备周一也打电话去building department问一下
现在seller以邻居家的价格为例，咬死149k，如果用permit压价的话，有希望吗？大概
能压多少？ |

己的电脑上打开， 在其他人的电脑不能用。Error Message: This application has
failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect.
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
可是用VC＋＋6。0, EXE File就能在其他的电脑上都能用， 为什么呢？ 对了，
EXEFile在VS2005里面是180K， 在VC＋＋6。0 里面是149K， 为什么Size也不一样了呢？
