被个Contractor搞走了。Lexington一个1200sqt,几乎没院子的房子，50万full offer,
我给了（LD一夜没睡着觉),present offer的时候,9个不低于full offer,6个超过,房子
差不多55万成交。Needham同价位的房子更老更小。在那一圈看了100多个房子后我彻底
放弃了。其实50万拿下来对我也是悲剧，首付都还欠点，家具就别想买了。 |

买房子也有很多不好的地方，比如要自己维修，自己弄院子交地产税，买房屋保险，房
子太旧吧，住的也不是很爽。以后毕业了要卖的话也要费点功夫。可能还不如租一个新
一点的apt.
不过你们家的情况吧，有2个小孩，买房的好处就是：孩子有地方玩，老人来了有菜地
种。
如果你读书需要4-5年，可以考虑买一个房，budget提高点，15-20w左右可以买不错的
房子吧。
如果你就读个1-2年，还是租公寓好了。
Oklahoma没有你想得那么闷啦，其实这个完全看个人了。如果你擅交朋友，喜欢和人玩
，怎么都能找到乐趣。不喜欢和别人打交道就在家里发展下自己的小爱好。主要是心态
要放平和哦！

office那租的话，会比较贵。如果能从别的人那里转租会便宜很多。我当时就是从别人
那里转租的，2b2b(1300sqt) 才$1425， 上个住户住的时间更便宜，才$1375. 今年我
们renew了lease， 现在的租金是$1475。但相比之下，还是算便宜的。 |
