1. Rental property,提前付清;
2. Flipper, 到期没卖掉,extend了6个月利息照付;
3. flipper,本来一月份到期上市,结果水管冻裂要到3月份上市,现在申请延期;
4. Rental还没到期,但是被告知有一个Law suit把PoL作为senior lien holder也告进
去了;
5. Flipper,夏天到期,现在进度还行。
总之都不是那么一帆风顺的项目,回报也没那么好(提前还清减少了总回报)。我在另
一家更大的Fundrise也投过,但是Fundrise现在自己走回头路搞REIT了,我觉得crowd
funding RE可能就这么回事。 |

。offer内容如下:
Base: $100k
Bonus: 15% target
Stock options: 算了一下,大概占0.015%
Relocation: $2.5k
其他就没了,给办H1B,绿卡说要6-12months后开始办。
