1. Rental property，提前付清；
2. Flipper, 到期没卖掉，extend了6个月利息照付；
3. flipper，本来一月份到期上市，结果水管冻裂要到3月份上市，现在申请延期；
4. Rental还没到期，但是被告知有一个Law suit把PoL作为senior lien holder也告进
去了；
5. Flipper，夏天到期，现在进度还行。
总之都不是那么一帆风顺的项目，回报也没那么好（提前还清减少了总回报）。我在另
一家更大的Fundrise也投过，但是Fundrise现在自己走回头路搞REIT了，我觉得crowd
funding RE可能就这么回事。 |

。offer内容如下：
Base: $100k
Bonus: 15% target
Stock options: 算了一下，大概占0.015%
Relocation: $2.5k
其他就没了，给办H1B，绿卡说要6-12months后开始办。
