First thing to do in this case are the following observation checks which do
not require any tools, instruments, or taking anything apart.
1.Check the spark color. A healthy ignition system will produce crisp blue
sparks. A weak ignition system, on the other hand, will produce light blue,
almost white sparks. The following two checks can be made by switching the
suspected burner with a known operating burner:

发帖数: 2727 | 5 我家gas burner, baseboard water heating。今早二楼起床发现很冷，看温控只有55F
,确认远低于设置值，一楼温度同样。看gas burner,pilot火灭了，可能是昨晚大风吹
灭的。更糟糕的是burner不知道Pilot灭了，导致chimney damper全开，结果外面冷气
倒灌。先手动点pilot,重开burner。这之后，heating 有3个zone：楼上和热水正常，
但是楼下的水始终是冷的，虽然和其它两个共享出去的manifold。拆circulator控制，
发现circulator收到了120vac开的指令，但是没有办法看readback，听声音是在转。初
步确定是加热循环的水管冻住了或者是circulator坏了-以前55F也有开过没有问题，但
昨晚天气冷难说。还好有gas fireplace,打开有鼓风，吹了三个小时左右，温度升到
57f。正在琢磨找heating/plumbing来看看circulator,突然听见水响，开始流了。应该
是冰化了，还好没有漏水。一直到现在没有问题。关键是今晚也会很冷，要是问题没有

发帖数: 116 | 6 Step 1. thermostat 的输入 红绿两线之间电压是24Vac, 因为你fan工作正常，因该
attic 的 transformer (120Vac -> 24Vac) 没有问题
Step 2. thermostat 调到cool，, 然后把温度设很低，等久一点或者听到click声,要
有24Vac输出到 contactor，如果没有，thermostat的问题
Step 3.
是的，如果有24Vac(cable from indoor)和240Vac(cable from box on the wall)进入
contactor， 但是却没有 240Vac 输出到压缩机和fan，就是contactor的问题
Step 4. 都没有问题，就是capacitor的问题，量一下电容大小，是否达到要求

电源竟然只支持120VAC的，真是脑残啊，拿到外国怎么用啊。

plan on running through it and what is your voltage drop margin for the
application. Wire gauge is kinda thin you know. I reckon it would be ok
for very low power application only like stuff like phones. |
