10 years: (ie, buy/sell signal by crossing of 10day and 25day average ).

My lawyer doesn't want to do PP for my application. She thinks that there is
a good chance that my I-140 will be approved and PP might lead to RFE. And
if I would file the application without PP and unfortunately get a RFE,
there is a 3-month window so that she can help me apply for Eb2 as a backup.
I still need to decide on whether I will do PP or not. |

Postdoc in medical biology research
US PhD
14 journals （4 in Chinese), total citation 320s
review 15 times for two small journals
我一直很懒，除了google scholar 比较熟悉，都不知道别的了。shy。。。
律师的材料都寄过3次，人家总说我的打印格式，journal ranking都不对。

days since RD. However, my attorney said that in most cases it takes 90-
120days.
I have an international trip planned long before my GC application and the
departure day is 06/29 while my RD is 05/10. Should I wait another 10days to
see if I get lucky enough to receive the AP by that day? |
