The minimum f(x)=10+(10-1)=19.
i.e.
First you try one on the 10th floor,
if the sample is broken,
you just need to try another one from 2nd to 9th.

But this is not the worst case.
The worst case is you try 11th-20th,

目前蚀刻设备精度最高的是日立。Intel离不开其供应商，有些是独家供应，其他厂商
想买都买不成。比如东丽，帝人的炭纤维，超高精密仪器，数控机床，光栅刻画机（这
个最牛的也是日立，刻画精度达到10000g/mm ），光刻机（ASML）等等，这些是美日严
格限制出口的
一个块CPU要制造出来，需要N多设备和材料。全球前十大半导体设备生产商中，有美国
企业 4 家，日本企业 5 家。

设备，别人不卖。
目前蚀刻设备精度最高的是日立。其实看看英特尔的最佳供应商就知道了，一块CPU要
制造出来需要N多东西。INTEL的牛逼，离不开其供应商，有些是独家供应。其他厂商想
买都买不成。比如东丽，帝人的炭纤维，超高精密仪器，数控机床，光栅刻画机（这个
最牛的也是日立，刻画精度达到10000g/mm ），光刻机（ASML）等等，这些是美日严格
限制出口的。。分不清啥叫蚀刻机，啥叫光刻机，啥叫光栅刻画机的自己去GOOGLE。
以下是英特尔颁布的 SCQI和PQS 奖最佳供应商：
1 、SCQI奖 （英特尔用的蚀刻设备和显微镜，监测装置就是日立的）。
2、 PQS奖
可以看到一个块CPU要制造出来，需要N多设备和材料。 前十大半导体设备生产商中，
有美国企业 4 家，日本企业 5 家。
