preference cut-off date as being “current.” That is incorrect, and the
actual cut-off date is: 08MAY06. The problem is that during transmission the
cut-off dates in the cable shifted one column to the left. As a result,
there were no Family or Employment First/Second preference cut-off dates
listed under the Philippines heading. |

这么看来老印半年EB3升级保守算吃掉2500个，一年也要5000了吧，这一万二是给他们
准备的，没错吧？ |

EB2C平齐了。今年EB2I的情况比FY2011要严峻得多。 |
