2015.10-2016.2：EB3二排一直是01OCT13
2016.3-9：EB3二排是01MAY15,但是已经不honor了
EB3二排在FY 2017前进到01MAY14，就不再honor
2017.4： EB3进到01SEP15，但是不honor了
所以历史来看，EB3二排在honor期间，一个财年的进度也就是葱01OCT13到01MAY14，7
个月的PD前进而已。
假设FY 2018开始的时候，EB3二排是以01SEP14来开场（这也是一个乐观的估计，
01FEB14开场也有可能），假设前进7个月，最多就是进到01APR15.
再然后，就是等FY2019咯。
当然了，二排这东西才搞过三次（？），不能说上面就是规律了。

标 题: 啰嗦的报个PD 2014年10月EB23，领事处理(CP)绿

本人的绿卡经历有一定曲折性，感觉这样经历一遍人生也算完整了。2014年10月中旬的
PD本来就是个坑爹的PD，如果当时雇主和律师手脚能快一些，获得早3个星期的PD的话
，也许可以早一年半绿。从开始念叨雇主办绿卡开始，我就经常提醒他们几天的PD差距
可以导致拿卡时间差几年，不料在相当程度上被言中。如今拿到卡，我仍然在此工作，
而当初雇主方为给我尽快办卡造成最大阻力的一个人去年丢了工作（虽然似乎已经找到
新的工作），不禁呵呵呵，当然此处跑题了按下不表。
版上似乎有个误解是人在境内只能485 AOS，只有人在境外才能CP。事实是只有人在境
内有合法身份的才能485 AOS，但所有人都可以选择CP。另一个误解似乎是485 AOS优于
CP，其实不尽然，下面会再分析一下。

EB2C 在今年8月是 15DEC13, 和10月的01MAY14，实际上只放了4个半月的量，
对于Date for filing来说，这个量显得有点儿少，尤其跟老印比，更是不足一提的少，
因此，我预测EB23C的Date for filing不会长时间原地踏步，应该会稳步向前， |

我看去年9月的时候二排在01MAY15。去年10月退到01MAY14。不会是每次都退一年吧？
如果每次退一年。今年二排在01SEP15.那到今年１０月二排不会退到01SEP14。
期望它能多前进几个月。 |
