3 Labo Lane Bedford, MA 01730
也挂了两个多月了，一般也应该早就pending or under agreement了。
它家问题是2010年水淹过（地下冒水那种，不是外面流进来），所以房子的lower
level基本没怎么装修。但因此living area较小。它家在flood zone，flood
insurance每年2000多些。
虽说这么不好，但我觉得如果你个人能接受其实到也是一个好机会。毕竟能负担得起
winchester和bedford的好房子的人不多，不妨吧这些房子看作临时的condo。没人竞争
，其他方面也还凑合，毕竟那个发水也是小概率事件。另外，你今天低价买进就是因为
有那个缺陷，只要别想着未来高价卖出，怕这个discount pass给下一任买家就还好吧。 |
