说，系统会问你是不是确定要关卡。如果说确定，你就上当了。
所以你只能要求找customer representative，然后说retention的事。
我最近几次通话的经验是，好像不再有retention specialist这么个东西了，第一个接
电话的客服就可以帮你查到retention offer。而且他们也经过了新的培训，必须你说
出自己要关卡他才能帮你查，不像以前可以直接问retention offer。这里面的因果关
系有时还得扯皮半天。总的来说就是客服不乐意给你retention。
大量DP表明AA卡的retention基本要不到了，而thank you系列的卡也只有收年费的可以
要到。但具体情况可能还是YMMV。 |

你可以打其他卡的retention,确认转到对应department后，然后再顺便问问AA
个人感觉Citi有好几个地方的客服中心，可能处理起来不太一样

我打的是Thankyou premier卡背后的电话，第一个接电话的客服就直接帮我查到了
retention（花1k得5k点数）。这周再打打
