requires tremedous energy from swimmers. I was wondering how can
recreational swimmers like us swim a quality butterfly over a long distance
like 100 m or 200 m. I saw lots of people's butterfly becomes survival or
struggling butterfly during the last 25 of 100m. Any suggestion for getting
stamina in butterfly.
Also, how many strokes take you need to swim 25 (no diving)? My current
stroke count is about 8-9. |

想起很多年前,第一次看完这个片子,正好北京的同学打电话过来,兴奋地推荐给她.却招
来无情地打击: 这么好的片子, 你现在才看, 太落后了吧. 我一个同班同学, 在看完片
子之后, 直接把网名改成了狼狼一直用到今天-片子中的杀手狼狼实在是太酷了.
片子的背景设定并不复杂, 讲了一群偷渡客 (主要是中国人)在日本淘金的生活. 少女
Agiha的妓女母亲死于黑帮仇杀，她于是被妓女固力果收留，和偷渡客飞鸿，狼狼等人
生活在一起。他们无意间发现了黑帮制造伪钞的秘密（藏在Frank Sinatra ”My Way”
的磁带里面）发了横财，飞鸿带着固力果和Agiha去了大城市，打算把固力果包装成歌
星。飞鸿美梦成真，但是唱片公司开出来的条件是飞鸿离开固力果，并想法把飞鸿弄进
了监狱，狱方又莫名其妙地把他放了出来。之后剧情急转直下，伪钞案爆发，固力果被
黑帮追杀终于被狼狼所救；飞鸿却惨死在监狱中，死前还一直在哼唱My Way.
这部片子并不像导演岩井俊二另外一部更有名的作品——《情书》那样，镜头干净而纯

上都会发现有类似的错误，包括Butterfly的官方网站，并非他卖的是山寨或假货。
Butterfly ZJK跟科子一直在用的Viscaria是一个结构，5＋2的，从外到里分别是：
Koto/Arylate-Carbon/Ayous/Kiri/Ayous/Arylate-Carbon/Koto
Kiri, 日文的“桐木”，几乎只会用来做底板的芯材，是一种形变较小，反弹力不错的
木材。
Ayous, 通常用做底板的内层，或者力材或者芯材，形变较大，形变恢复也够快，但也
有些板子用Ayous做面材，比如Taksim.
Koto, 跟LImba木一样常常用作底板的面材，但比Limba略脆一点。蛮吃球的，反弹也不
错。也有些板子内是用Koto 做力材的，比如YE7 . |

3. muscle flexibility
4. limb and core muscle coordination.
Each thing takes a least 1 -5 year to develop. The younger age to
start, the prettier fly to be.
Never simplify butterfly as something that you can do a cheap shot to
master, no way.

, no private coach teaching yet (his private coach so far only taught him
freestyle and a little bit breast stroke). But his backstroke and butterfly
so far have the fastest time compared with state standards (they call it
blue time). So I'm not surprised his stroke could be wrong somewhere. Just
trying to find out where.. HeHe.. Thanks for the advice.

次。。。白交了一半的学费。。。。
一开始白mm coach 让我游一下free style,我打了个来回，她说这个基本没问题了，
pass。。。在我强烈要求下，她让我多游了2个roundtrip，然后给了一个zipper drill
的练习法，说我的手有时候出水太多，应该练到肘关节尖尖的露出水面的那种程度
blablabla...
butterfly, 一开始戴着fins拍的，协调方面还可以，就是在不带fins的时候腰部腿部
发力不够带动全身。这个基本就只能拿浮板自己一次一次来回的拍了。Now I can do a butterfly round trip without fins. Still perfecting. Swimming needs tons of practice.
flip turn对我而言是最难的。。。一开始总是把握不好翻身的方向，总是往右边歪。
。。后来上youtube找了一些练习的video，用水下哑铃辅助翻转。多练习几次，加上点
